Research:

Post-graduate migration and career paths of international students after their studies are diverse, as many international students intend to pursue their career in the host country after graduation, whereas others pursue their career in a third country. This research seeks to investigate migration and career paths of Ghanaian international graduates (both returnees and non-returnees) who pursued their university education abroad in the Czech Republic and in other European countries, and how they contribute variously to the development of their home country or their communities.
