Research:
My dissertation project focuses on the spatio-temporal behavior of older school age children and adolescents living in suburban areas of the Prague metropolitan area. Children make up a significant part of the population in this area, but have not been included at all in research. The aim of the project is to identify and describe the problems associated with their daily mobility and to find out what role information and communication technologies play in their everyday lives and mobility. It will be particularly important to find out how they themselves perceive these problems and technologies in their lives.
